Because I don’t just give tattoos—I help people tell their stories.
Too many artists will take your money and give you whatever you ask for. That’s not me. In fact, I probably spend more time talking people out of tattoos than giving them . Not because I don’t love what I do, but because I do. I care about what ends up on your skin.
I’m “pro-choice”—your body, your choice. But I won’t do a tattoo that I know you’ll regret. That means no poorly placed names, tiny script that won’t age well, or designs that just won’t hold up over time. I know my strengths, and I won’t attempt anything I’m not confident in. Integrity matters to me and your tattoo.
What I will do, is guide you honestly. I’ll explain why some designs might not work, how the healing process will affect the outcome, and what your tattoo will look like years down the road. I’ll help shape your idea into something that lasts—physically, emotionally, and artistically.
According to pretty much every client I’ve worked with: I’m gentle.
Maybe it’s the years I spent as an EMT—learning how skin and the nervous system work, and how important it is to treat people with care. That background taught me something a lot of artists overlook, like bedside manner's. They're not just for hospitals.
When you’re in my chair, I want you to be as comfortable as possible—whether you’re sitting or laying down. You’re already being repeatedly stabbed for hours; there’s no reason for you to be uncomfortable on top of that.
I’m patient. If you need a break, just say the word. We’ll take one.
And please—communicate. Don’t try to tough it out and be “that guy” who says, “I’m fine” when you’re really not. If you’re feeling any kind of way other than okay, let me know immediately.
Your health and safety will always come before the tattoo.
I started designing tattoos back in the early 2000s, shortly after finishing my time in the U.S. Army, right out of high school. At first, I sketched for friends and design tattoos for avatars in select video games. That planted the seed for something bigger. I bounced between freelance graphic design and serving as a Firefighter/EMT, working a horse wrangler, and professional magician. I traveled the US, looking for my vibe and art was always in the background, waiting for its moment.
That moment came in 2020, when a friend brought over some tattoo equipment and asked if I wanted to give it a shot—IRL.
Of Course I Said Yes!
"It was love at first stab."
My ADD and CDO brain lit up. I could hyper-focus, tune out the noise, and drop into that creative flow state. I was in the zone. Vibing. The artist in me was completely alive—tuned into every detail, driven to get it just right.
That night lit a fire that quickly grew into a passion, and it has been burning since.
I take so much pride in knowing that somewhere out there, people are wearing my artwork on their skin. But more than that, I’m honored to be part of something deeply personal: people get tattoos for a reason. They’re telling their stories. And for those few hours, I get to help them tell it. That’s the real magic.
